Mrs Jayalakshmi Ramaswamy

Mrs Jayalakshmi Ramaswamy holds multiple degrees. She obtained Bachelore of Education (B.Ed) from the University of Mysore. She has also  acquired a Postgraduate Diploma (PG Diploma in English) and Masters of Arts and is a veteran educationalist and an Entrepreneur. Additionally she has completed CELTA certification and Montessori training. She has over 30 years of experience both nationally and internationally in various capacities, in the field of education.

She is highly respected and regarded in the field of education for being a patient and encouraging mentor to those who share her insight of the vision, mission, and philosophy of NINOS NEST.

Program highlights

Effective class practice for the teacher: Each and every module of the course is based on what is the most effective way / practice for the child’s development in a preschool environment or at home.

Instruction theory lecture with hands-on learning experience – It is for a better and simplified understanding of early childhood theories with its execution and implementation in a pre-school classroom.

Experienced and guest lecturers – Experts and various dains will be arranged to address. to the participants as well as interact so as to value- add on the knowledge that they gain from the on-going theory with their rich experience.

SONAM CHUGH
Trustee-Director

Sonam Chugh is a multifaceted individual. She excels in both academics and sports.

Academic Qualifications: B.Com , PG Diploma in Marketing Management & M.S in Communication.

Golfing Career: Professional golfer , TARS Internationally certified rules official by R&A St.Andrews,Scotland & a certified golf coach.

Sonam in a nutshell : Kind, confident and intelligent having excellent communication skills and, the ability to get along with people of all ages; enjoys swimming and table tennis; has travelled and absorbed various cultures & geographies; likes movies, music and adventure sports. She is tech savvy, efficient, capable and responsible.

DR. TEJAS BABA
Trustee

After finishing high school at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Mysore in 1999, Tejas moved to the United States to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree at the University of California, Davis. He successfully completed by B.S (Major: Genetics, Minor: Computer Science) in 2003 and started working on his PhD at Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated with a PhD in Molecular Genetics and Genomics in the year 2010 and joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for a post-doctoral fellowship. In the year 2016, Tejas moved back to India and joined the University of Mysore as Assistant Professor, Department of Genetics and Genomics. He is an avid swimmer and tennis player.

DR.P.CHANDRASHEKHAR
Trustee

Dr. P. Chandrashekhar is a practicing physician (Internal Medicine) working at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Mysore. He was formerly Professor of Medicine at Mysore Medical College and Consultant Physician at Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Salalah, Oman. He completed his MRCP (UK) and FRCP (Glasgow).
